A group of men are standing at the front of a room during an event. One man in the middle holds a framed certificate, another man on the right is touching his shoulder and speaking to him. There are colorful balloons with 'Congrats!' written on them above the group, and a crowd of seated people watching them. The room has a textured stone wall and a poster in the background.
